How to book
You can book the hall for a single hire or a regular class/activity. Minimum charges of between £7.50 and £15.00 per hour apply, depending on facilities used, and whether the hall is used for commercial or private purposes. Please be aware that we are only able to accept bookings for children's birthday parties and family gatherings, and are unable to take bookings for wedding receptions or for events scheduled to last beyond 10pm.
To book the hall, FIRST please contact the Bookings Secretary Martin Zouch to find out if the date you want is available. His contact details are: tel: 01749 870763 / email: eastonvillagehall@gmail.com
Once you have confirmed that the date is available, please:

read our Terms and Conditions (see Booking Ts&Cs button below)

fill the relevant form for either a single hire or a regular class/activity hire online. If you prefer, you can download the form to print, fill in offline and email to Martin.

All pricing decisions will be clarified by the Bookings Secretary Martin Zouch and ratified by the Easton Village Hall Management Committee.
