If you've never experienced a gong bath, you are in for a treat. Easton Village Hall is hosting a luxurious gong bath experience this Saturday March 14, with two hour-long slots available at 1.30pm and 3pm.

A gong bath is a form of sound healing meditation where participants are 'bathed' in sound vibrations produced by gongs, singing bowls, and chimes. Designed to induce deep relaxation, it acts as a passive, meditative experience that relaxes, restores and resonates, and is said to be very good at reducing stress.
Organisers Mags and Alex say: 'We play the gongs and other instruments such as gentle koshi chimes for about an hour in total. The soothing sounds and vibrations can take you to a daydreamy or meditative state or sometimes deep sleep, if the person is really tired on the day.'
Sessions:
1.30pm-2.30pm
3pm-4pm adult-only session
£12 per person
They will provide a comy airbed, blankets and an eye mask for your comfort, and there's a seated option for anyone who finds it difficult to lie at floor level. Airbeds can be doubled up to give extra height if required.
