Three-hour Somatic Therapeutic Yoga retreat on Saturday April 18

A three-hour Somatic Therapeutic Yoga retreat will be held at Easton Village Hall on Saturday April 18 for anyone needing a entire system reset – mind, body and spirit. The retreat supports nervous system regulation and offers a profound sense of restorative relaxation using movement and sounds.

You don't have to have practiced yoga before to receive the benefits of this session led by Tony Birch, which will involve gentle and mostly floor-based movements. Afterwards, there will be a gong sound bath to help you achieve a profound sense of relaxation.
